General instructions for abstract submission
- Registration for RAJISACON 2026 is a prerequisite for any presentation.
- ISA membership is mandatory for participation in paper, poster and quiz.
- Eligibility : It is mandatory that the first (main) author should be the presenting author, and the award will only be given to the first author.
- Maximum 2 abstracts in different categories are allowed per delegate.
- The abstract must be original and should not be published or presented elsewhere earlier.
- All the abstracts will be reviewed by the RAJISACON 2026 Abstract Review Committee, and the final decision of allowing the presentation as paper or electronic-poster or rejection will remain at the discretion of the committee.
- Notifications regarding submission will be sent to the corresponding author after submission.
- The authors may opt to apply for various award sessions, but the final decision rests with the organizing committee.
- A maximum of 5 authors are allowed for each abstract (including the presenting author). One will be the principal author, and the other 4 will be co-authors.
- Abstracts must be submitted online. Submission of offline soft copy / submission by mail or hard copy submissions are not accepted.
- Consent letter from HOD is mandatory for postgraduate students.
Last date for submission of abstracts is 30th June 2026.
Abstract Submission Guidelines
Please submit your Abstract (structured summary of study) as per following template Maximum 250 words excluding Title, Authors, Affiliation. E-mail, Mobile number and References
- Title: Complete title including type of study
- Authors: Full name: Author 1, Author 2...
- Affiliation: Department and Institute/Hospital, City, State, Country
- Email of corresponding author:
- Mobile of corresponding author:
Abstract:
- Background and Aims: (mention what is known and what is intended to be assessed in the present study; specify the aim and objective clearly here)
- Methods: (include Ethical Committee approval, CTRI registration, patient consent, settings and design, interventions, and statistical analysis used)
- Results: Mention P values, SD with Mean, Median with IQR along with 95% confidence interval
- Conclusion: (Based on Primary Objective)
- References: Include up to 5 relevant latest references
- Keywords: Provide 3 to 5 appropriate MeSH keywords
Tables/Figures:
- A maximum of two tables/figures can be submitted.
- Provide legend to the tables and figures.

Photos:
- Maximum of One photo can be submitted
